Architect Victor Conrad B. Alinio is a Filipino architect, urban designer, and academic whose work engages architecture, sustainability, and the cultural dimensions of the built environment. He is the Founder and Principal Architect-Builder of Victor & Conrad Architectural Studio, leading projects in architecture, interiors, and urban design with an emphasis on contextual sensitivity and technical precision.
A licensed architect and BERDE Professional, he completed his Master of Science in Architecture specialising in Urban Planning and Urban Design, strengthening his engagement with cities, heritage, and civic life. Alongside professional practice, he remains active in higher education, contributing to curriculum development, research, and design pedagogy within architectural education in the Philippines.
He also serves as Vice-President of the International HALE Building Council, promoting healthier and more human-centred environments through interdisciplinary collaboration. His wider interests include urban futures, design culture, and the relationship between architecture, technology, and contemporary society.
