The chief executive of the firm specializes in sustainable building and architectural history. His expertise is shared to all the team members who take pride in architectural composition with their vast knowledge in architectural styles and green building. Victor Alinio founded the company in 2013 after being an Associate Architect at Palafox Associates in Manila, one of the biggest and advanced practices in the Philippines. Aside from being a Licensed Architect, Mr. Alinio is also a Licensed BERDE Professional and is a member of the Philippine Green Building Council and the United Architects of the Philippines. The chief is in his last year in Masters of Architecture.

A graduate of Saint Louis University School of Architecture in 2015, Architect Manabat excels in production, design, and finance management. She was an AIT (Architect in Training) since January 2014. Projects ranging from simple renovations to complex design management challenges have been handled by her with her leadership and communication skills; she is also a well-rounded photographer, visualization artist, and singer. As a young Architect who passed the Board Examinations in June of 2017, she now manages the human resources, design, and production arm of the firm. Jam, as she is commonly known has maintained an enormous database of skills throughout her practise. She is also in her first year in Masters of Architecture.

The firm’s Finance Executive is an avid reader of World Literature that includes prose, and poetry. A certified traveler, she has earned a huge bank of experience from around the world. Jona has also been AIT (Architect in Training) since 2015 while in school, where her activeness in production activities earned her dynamism in the design realm. She graduated from Saint Louis University, which awarded her a Loyalty Medal in 2017.

Raised in Pensacola City, Florida, Jonathan moved to the Philippines for his Architectural Degree. Prior to this, he has earned a vast experience in western construction, which he endeavors to develop more to meet tropical region expectations. While in school, he learned of the practise of V&CAS and its philosophies and decided to join the office.  He graduated from Saint Louis University in 2019 and beginning his studies in Masters of Science in Business and Innovation.

One of the firms collaborator and consultant. Engr Cortez, a graduate of Saint Louis University has a Masters Degree in Business Administration which he took up in the University of Sto. Tomas Manila in the year 2014. He is also a licensed and accredited Contractor with the license no. 40008 and a Platinum member of Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) since 2016. He is also the owner of CCCortez Constructin and Engineering Supplies.

Dedicated and organized Architect-Urban Planner with over 8+ years of experience in reviewing site plans, providing planning solutions through efficient planning, research and ensuring proposed developments are according to the zoning code and regulations. Adept at drawing graphical representations using AutoCAD, Corel, creating 3D models and client coordination. Certified professional with strong interpersonal skills.

Architect Quinto was an AIT (Architect in Training) of V&CAS from 2014 through 2016. Upon her transfer to the United States, she still affects the office as an ambassador and consultant. She also garnered experience in Manila as an Architectural Apprentice. Jonah has an exemplary communication and management skills. Project Coordination and procurement are amongst her salient skills.

Arch. Guio has been documenting natural and man made wonders. He has a broad profile for aerial footage of urban and natural landscapes in the Philippines and abroad. He has visited many provinces and multiple countries to develop his vast photography and videography profile.

A graduate of Saint Louis University, Ar. Assayco has been the Master Plumber of the firm from 2017 up to present. She is also a faculty member of Saint Louis University. She is the prime professional of the company  with regards to plumbing and sanitary design and details.
