Purism and minimalistic approach in Architecture were employed to inform this project. Evolving from a residential detach house, duplex houses are the mediators from a typical house of low occupancy and the medium-occupancy prototype which is a walk-up apartment. Not a row-house, the structure is definitively independent of a trend, while it attempts to redefine context.
