The proposed commercial building is currently used as salt farm and located along the National highway connecting western Pangasinan and Zambales.
The grocery store structure would be the South wing of the building. And this area would have a total of approximately 1,020 square meters and could have multiple floors as needed to cater to the service areas of the establishment. Parts of the remaining lot would be allotted for parking lots and possible expansions in the future. As it is a large commercial complex with a building footprint of around 2,900 square meters, a master plan would be developed to prepare for the vehicular and pedestrian circulation within the lot and the surrounding areas.
